If it was piping hot in the Tupperware, I am sure that it is not spoilt. You can boil it again and simmer for 10 minutes (with some water if need be). If it is spoilt, it will smell bad at this point.

My gut feel is that because it was piping hot and shut in the Tupperware, it did not have the chance for any airborne bacteria to get into it in this short period.

Frankly, I am more concerned about hot food being put in Tupperware and the risk of plastics leeching into the food.

Pro tip for hot food: set bowl of food onto ice bath in another bowl for 15 minutes then you can place the container in the fridge on a hot pad (I never trust the tempered glass) away from any really delicate items.

I've left meat sauce out overnight dozens of times. When you reheat, just make sure it boils and let it simmer/bubble for at least 10 minutes.
