^^ Space that was being renovated this year and wasn't ready for either CM or MV to acquire this year. I think the additional space will be fully renovated by this summer. It's not huge, but MV has an app in for it and it would accommodate at least one additional class.

They're trying to acquire additional space in the complex. If they do, you will get in. It may not be until the summer that the know, however, about their application to take over additional space. But you're not definitively out of the game! Fingers crossed for you!
