Doug Kammerer? I hardly even know'erer!

Michelle Martin is such a bad interviewer I switch to CSpan Radio from 2-3. Fortunately the WH press conf is usually at that hour.

I've met Armando a few times, he's as jolly as he sounds on the radio.

Yes. That may be very, very true. It's like how I don't realize how great it is here until I am in another city and have to pay $20 to get into a museum.

I love Diane Rehm though. I listen to her podcasts when I miss an episode, except for the book discussions. Those are painfully boring.

Yeah, and her theme music, so so bad. Sounds like 80s public television.

I like Diane Rehm for the very reasons you dislike her. I love that a person with a speaking disability is on the radio! Yea! And I love her quaintness. I feel transported to a different era when listening to her. It's a break from dismal reality.

I couldn't stand Diane Rehm's voice long b/f she was diagnosed or showing signs of dysphonia. It's her accent that's unpleasant. She is also a crap interviewer. She and Oprah just want to talk about themselves.

Kojo is also an idiot.

I love Zoe Chase and the whole planet money crew. Then again, I'm from the Midwest.

Local- can't stand Armando Trule and I like Matt McKlesky. Kojo does good food and tech and episodes.

Love Kojo when he does local politics with Tom Sherwood. With the election this week I found the show particularly good - love the new Ward 1 nominee and I am not voting for Murial Bowser based on her appearance on the show Friday.

The I"M Michael Pope also drives me bonkers.

Why, oh WHY do they need to run Metro connection twice? WHY? No one needs to know where to get the best local cheese on both Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. So many other options than running a local show twice.

But the thing program I dislike the most is Tell Me More. I find Michele Martin condescending to her guests and terrible to people that she disagrees with (and I agree with most of her points of view.) It's like she's deliberatly trying to entrap those guests.

Also earlier this week one local reporter actually made a joke about the weather that was funny. I wish I could remember which one.

I like them all. But I especially love Armando Trull. Huge fan of his voice and his demeanor. He seems like a great guy.

And I especially love Kojo.

EB drives me insane, like literally climbing the wall with anxiety in hearing her voice. It is such a bizarre combination of Southern Belle slowness and an American/French accent. It makes me want to reach into my car radio and squeeze something really hard, and twist.

Can't stand her voice either! I usually turn off the radio when she comes on. I feel like she's smirking though, when she says "Paris!" Yeah, she's in the best city in the world! How did she get that job? And how does she keep it? She must be a freelancer.

I dislike nearly every single local show on 88.5. Kojo's show and Tell Me More are the absolute worst though. Such huge chunks of wasted radio time. The others I find annoying but at least their segments are pretty short.

Thank you! No analysis, no other side, no meat.

yes! every time a hear one of her stories i keep waiting for something other than the obvious. "there are schools. children attend. there are teachers there. sometimes children learn something."
