Which, BTW, I will probably make into beef pot pie later for dinner.
Oh great idea - I made beef stew last night but ended up being too late to eat it for dinner (so we had Mexican instead, yum). Will eat some tonight but turning the rest into beef pot pie sounds delicious! Thanks for this.

Pancakes and bacon for breakfast, salad and frittata for lunch, chicken tikka for dinner. Had to run the dishwasher twice!

This all sounds amazing. Sadly, I am on a 1300 calorie/day diet and as few carbs as possible. But I did make really nice parmesan-crusted salmon tonight. DH even thought it was pretty good, and he is not a fan of salmon. The kids, naturally, ate ham steak because I cannot imagine a world in which I could actually to get them to eat the same thing as us!

Made a shoo-fly pie on my lunch break and an old pork chop and rice dish for dinner. Planned the pork chop dinner last night when I thought we might lose power as it is all done on stovetop. Still had power but it was a nice meal anyway.
Being able to cook a real meal,is one of the best perks of working at home days!

I wish everyone on this thread were our neighbors and friends! We cook exactly like this but so few people we know really enjoy it. This thread gives me hope! Real home cooks unite!

Chocolate-oatmeal cookies earlier, roasted veggies and sausage for dinner.
