It's worth checking out. You might like it, or the "My Name is Earl" vibe that lingers might send you running. Until I drove around PH, I assumed it was a lot more run down that it actually is, but you need an open mind and a tolerance for some seriously weird houses to see yourself at home there.

If i lived in PH, I would totally walk there. The TJ's parking lot is insane! Worse than Whole Foods across the street.
