Be careful with the coconut oil- some people find it incredibly drying!

L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream when my hands aren't a total mess. Love the smell and it does moisturize, but there's nothing like Eucerin Original Moisturinzing Creme (it comes in a jar). It's thick and kind of waxy but if your hands are really a mess they suck it up quickly and there's no greasy residue. Great for winter skin legs too.

Coconut oil from Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. Put it on before bed. You will feel like you went on a spa vacation.

I would recommend a product sold in drugstores called Moisturel. It is expensive for a drugstore product and the smell is not special in any way, but it works. It was such a relief to me during a time when I had mysterious hives and horrid itchiness that would not go away despite steroid creams and shots combined with horribly dry skin in some areas.

Second L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream. Body Shop also has a Shea Butter hand cream that's pretty good.

If you are looking for something cheap, I find St Ives works well.

I got some Lush hand cream for Christmas, and that stuff is amazing. Using it every night has made a big difference--expensive, but really good!
