Maybe you guys should try some counseling. You are risking your health "to give him the family he wants" Does not sound like a good start. You are "certain to have a permenant health problem" from pregnancy, yet you are willing to wait longer and be AMA? Does not make sense.

I agree. If you can sort it out and you think he really does want kids, then lie about being on the pill and get pregnant. As a PP said, mid-30s is primetime around here to conceive. I was 35. DD was born when I was 36 and OB asked when I was having another and said I had years to go and that my age for a 1st was average.
