I did the whole curriculum, ignored their pressure tactics to sign my friends and family up, learned how to expose and process some sick secrets and mistaken beliefs about myself. Found it useful, but not overwhelmingly so. All involved are human, and ambitious which I found helpful. Go cafeteria style. Take what you need and leave the rest.
