Subject: Did your child have any reaction to Gardasil?
My 11yo actually had his first today. He was a little achy but nothing epic. His pediatrician says most doctors in our area are pushing for the first shot to be given at the same time as the Tdap booster.

For those who believe your child (or you) had a reaction to the shot, did you report the reaction to your doctor?

Umm. How do you know? I seriously doubt all fainting is related to needles. Did they faint last winter with the flu shot?
Fainting is a known reaction to vaccinations. All vaccinations. And it may be more common in adolescents -- i.e., the people getting the HPV vaccine.
