Never. I don't understand why anyone would wear underwear under yoga or exercise pants. It seems uncomfortable to me. If you have sweat or discharge that soaks through your pants, then you either need to buy better yoga pants or get yourself to the gyno. As for the PP who has issues with smell- perhaps there's something else going on??? Having two children didn't affect my smell- I've never hear of that. Also, if you smell that badly, I don't see how underwear are going to make a difference.

Yoga pants yes. Cycling shorts no. You don't wear underwear with cycling shorts (unless you have your period). I like underwear.
