Right, THIS was my point when I said "if she weren't a Palin..." She had a famous and financially well off family - otherwise, we wouldn't even know who Bristol is. She never would have been on reality TV (other than the possibility of being cast on 16 and pregnant or teen mom, I guess) and been given her own show. She has everything she has ONLY because of her name. So I don't buy for a second that she "made it work" - it was handed to her.

This girl is basically everything that is wrong with our society today. She likely opposes the very programs that would have been vital to her as a teen mom had she NOT been a Palin. But, yeah, she totally earned what she has
