It's a very nice area, with some of the highest housing appreciation in the region in recent years.

Beautiful homes, great schools, nice people who work in many different areas and industries.

wow, you all are making me wish i'd bought my first house in Pimmit Hills instead of where I did. I looked at SFH for $150K-$170K in PH back in 1999 and decided against it because there were so many cars up on blocks. bought a townhouse near Vienna metro instead, for $145K. Ended up selling for $325K, which is still decent, but damn. could have made a lot more!
