Sorry, my dear, but uptalking has officially infiltrated our language. Even G. W. Bush did it (though, hey, I'd buy the insecurity thing with him, for sure). If you're not uptalking, it's because you're a dying breed. True fact.

This would have been convincing if you'd actually posted the "oops" as a follow-up.

re: your Beyonce question. I don't do this. You'd have to ask the women who do (include Indian and Asian women for a broad perspective). Oh..and include white women too because they also lighten their hair and wear extensions and bleach their skin.
