Not a bad point. What happens to individual state's mandated health benefits? Would a Nevada plan have to comply with Maryland's 40 or so mandated health benefits (like birth control, for example)? I would hope so. Of course, that would make it more expensive....

losers always want to move to the winner places....and they bring their loser traits with them . prosperity without risk is a losing game for children. reality is hitting europe now. they have been rendered weak and toothless. nobody cares what their stupid feelings or opinions are, they can't even defend themselves.
