Dig the dips. All of them.

Lately, I'm in love with WF's Greek Hummus. I think the magic is in the za'atar.

I made an awesome dip today. Black bean chili from the local market mixed with cream cheese and topped with shredded cheese.

And this will give me away because I made it last night for the Superbowl....

FOOTBALL DIP

Brown a roll of Jimmy Dean Hot
Drain
Mix in 1.5 "logs" of Philly Cream Cheese
Drain a can of rotel and mix that in too.

Stick in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 350.

I make this took but skip the oven. Delicious!

Delicious and so easy. It's been a hit at every party I've taken it to.

I wonder if you could do this with the old cream cheese and pepper jelly instead of dumping the jelly over.

Nothing. As much as you love it, I hate it. All of it. The only "dip" I like is ketchup.

Yup, Vidalia would be fine. No need to precook it.

My FIL like Jarlsburg but we just whatever cheese we have on hand.

Let me know if you like it

NP. I make a dip similar to this but I sauté sliced onions in butter until soft, THEN mix with Mayo and Jarlsburg.
