Don't do crystal light, but seltzer is a great substitute. I love lemon-lime seltzer and drink 2 bottles/day--- it's as good for you as water.

I know! I can't believe we're in such a small minority. I just can't wrap my head around being addicted to something that tastes so bad. Although it's not so much the taste, but the aftertaste...yuck!

Crystal Light still has artificial sweeteners. 1/2 dozen one way, 6 the other.

Try seltzer water, with ice and some crystal light lemonade mix. It's delicious. (I get one diet soda a day, at lunch, and it's usually something random like Diet Dr. Pepper or Cherry Coke Zero or Diet Barqs.)
