Baptism is in the New Testament (and it is adult baptism, not children). Attending church every Sunday is not in the New Testament. Matthew 18:20 clearly states that “For where two or three are gathered in my (Jesus) name, there am I among them.”

Committing to my faith can be done (and shown) in many other ways then showing up every Sunday.

Of course, many poeple that go to church every Sunday are the least Christian people I know in real life.

Nope, it's public school for us. I have nothing against parochial school, just the parents who act like it's so much better than public school. Now a place like Sidwell, well, that is better than public school. The only reason the people I know pay for parochial is because they can't afford private and think public is not good enough.

Breakfast. Not alot of variety and choices in eating breakfast on a weekday.

I am all for being creative and unconventional when it comes to breakfast...never understood why it was limited to such a small group of foods. Leftover chicken, rice and veggies? Leftover pizza? Bring it.

The Christmas season starting earlier and earlier. Right after Halloween, now? Can we just enjoy the month of November for it's fall splendor and yummy Thanksgiving without having to stress out about Christmas?
