LaCanche is an amazing stove - I almost bought one but ended up with Cornufe - french stove - dual fuel - two ovens, five burners doesn't take up a ton of space, is beautiful and cooks great. I can fit 10 racks of cookies in at a time if I'm in one of those modes![]()
