PP's are right you're not going to find anything that's Maine quality. For that, you've got to take her to Maine. But the closest thing, by a quantum leap over anything else nearby, is Freddy's Lobster & Clam Shack in Bethesda. It's quite good. They have fried clam bellies. And a good beer selection. I really like them. Waaaayyyy better than the Tackle Box.

All my family's from Mass, and now I'm drooling, thinking about the seafood. So fresh, simply prepared, and relatively affordable.

I always have the pistachio ice cream.

Grapenut ice cream too. We just came back from those parts and I had it every chance I had
