I didn’t write the post you’re replying to. I read the thread because I followed advice here on strengthening my natural nails and was going to add it for OP, but whatever, the conversation is what it is.
Do you not understand that women with “visible grey” may not have great solutions for dyeing all of it, and that it’s hateful as hell to post in anonymous cowardice something implying that aging women are by their nature unfixably ugly? That that is not really a choice, whereas getting nails done always is? You are a gross, awful, a- -hole, whether your nails are natural or enhanced.
DP, I have visible greys, and I truly could not care less about whether PP thinks I am dumpy. I care about the parts of beauty and fashion I care about, try to at least look reasonably appropriate for my surroundings, and move on.

My friends and I do not work (SAHM/W club) and everyone does enjoy getting some kind of manicure. Most opt for a natural length in seasonal colors or soft skin tone shades. Only one likes to do the trendy cat eye/clear 3d art, but it's her style. Wealthy women don't care what other think. We are too busy doing what we want.

Love my acrylics and hard to give them up. I've been saving money on my toes though as I've found some great looking press-on tips that make a gorgeous french tip pedi. I'm a throwback to 2002 with my nails and just stick with french lol.
