Please talk to the family and have all the children in bathing suits. Not doing so sets in unsafe boundaries and ideas for these kids.

Nobody does this. Normal kids don't want to swim naked.

Our school starts discussing ‘bathing suit areas’ and empowering kids to have healthy boundaries around them at kindergarten. I think you should have been reinforcing this idea with her at that age otherwise she may recognize/ guard against grooming behavior. To say she understands public vs family is small comfort as most sex abuse occurs in extended family settings.

She’s been too old for this for at least the past 5 years.
