I've been looking into this and can't find Vitamin K anywhere, and it's not included in my multi. My doctor never mentioned this to me when telling me to up my calcium and Vitamin D.

Multivitamin
Biotin (not buying another bottle once this one is done, I’m not noticing any improvement in my nails)
Turmeric / Berberine / Ceylon cinnamon (digestive health)
Nattokinase (Cardiac health - not sure if it actually does anything)
Calcium
D3/K2 - last blood test indicated I was low on D, but it was in the middle of winter.
Probiotic - not buying it after this bottle runs out. I think I get enough natural probiotics with my diet.
I’ve thought about COQ 10, I’ve read there really isn’t definitive studies on its benefit. “But because there are only a handful of very small studies on CoQ10 for the prevention or treatment of heart disease, it’s difficult to draw meaningful conclusions, said Ann Marie Navar, preventive cardiologist at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.”
What is the brand of D3/K2 you take?

Vitamin c, 1000 or 2000 mg for superstitious reasons.
Chlorophyll water, makes your gas/poop odorless.
Magnesium for sleep.
As needed I take kava for my anxiety.
You actually want to be able to monitor your poop smell FYI - if your poop smells “different” and like specific things that can indicate cancer and other issues. Not good to mask it 24/7.
