If the principal sends an email home, someone starts a topic on it. All of this is happening at every other MS in the country but the anti-Carson crowd seems to think that it is strangely unique to Carson and a demonstration of some failing.
Some folks seem to have this weird drive to prove that Carson is awful.
People who have experience there share their experiences because they know that it is a normal MS and that the poor experiences of a few are not the experiences of the majority of kids.
The constant “Carson sucks here is this months example” topic is a bit too much of crying wolf.
It sounds like Carson parents are the ones who start a thread about every incident that takes place at Carson. Parents at other schools aren’t tracking Carson fights, bus incidents, and principal emails.
EXACTLY. RIO mommas trying to convince other parents that Franklin-Oakton is their saving grace. We all know there are fights at Franklin, too. Just nobody posts about them here.
They’ll get to Franklin and realize how bad it is compared to Carson and be begging to go back. lol.
The funny part is that the ones I know have kids in Carson AAP so, no, they won't be moving to Franklin, they will be staying at Carson. They are the epitome of wanting other people's kids to move to a less desirable school so that their kids can stay where they want them to stay. Crossfield sports families are so stupid and clueless, they're just following along like sheep.

Coincidentally only the Oakton Moms.
Coincidentally, every time someone has anything less than glowing to say about Carson, the cheerleaders hit on Oakton families. What's that about? You can't know who the posters are so there is some serious desire to make Oakton families look awful. It must be hard to be at Carson and have any sort of concern - everyone with some chip on their shoulder will try to degrade and silence you immediately.
Did you want to go to Oakton? Did their sports team beat your kids sports team. What happened?
Oakton Moms are trying to make Carson look bad so they can avoid going to Skyview. That’s all.
Why is it so important to you where other people go to school?

It is almost like a small group of people really don’t like Carson and want to start a topic anytime someone says something happened at Carson.
Just because you aren't hearing of them doesn't mean they aren't happening. There is a small group of people who aren't having the same experience as you and they are making their voices heard. Instead of complaining about them, turn your focus over to Carson admin and ask what they are doing to improve the situation for all students.
I would love to know if your child was impacted by any of this or if you are just on here spreading rumors. Are you the mom that was texting everyone and their entire family the video her daughter took of the girl fight a few months back?

Because what do we know about these moms? They're all white.

I'll tell you exactly who it is - it is the Rooted in Oakton mommas who are pushing hard to get their kids moved to Franklin with the Skyview boundary reviews. Definitely not a coincidence that the anti-Carson posts ramped up as soon as we learned Crossfield was potentially being moved to the new high school. Hm....
What?
You meant the boy inapproriately touch a girl in order to create excuse for Oakton mommas?
You are so creative. You must know the boy in person and the story behind the scene.
