Stroke is a form of brain injury/brain damage, and brain damage commonly causes permanent personality changes.
Common Post-Stroke Personality and Behavioral Changes
Emotional Lability/Pseudobulbar Affect: Sudden, uncontrollable episodes of crying or laughing.
Irritability and Aggression: Increased frustration or anger, often over minor issues, sometimes due to frontal lobe damage.
Apathy: A lack of motivation, initiative, or emotional response.
Impulsiveness: Acting without thinking, which can cause safety issues.
Depression and Anxiety: Affecting a large percentage of survivors, potentially due to both biological brain changes and reaction to the loss of independence.
Self-Centeredness: A reduced capacity to consider others' feelings.
You may recall that after his stroke Fetterman had to seek inpatient treatment for depression at Walter Reed, where he remained for more than six weeks.
Which of the other common symptoms of brain damage I’ve posted above do you recognize in Fetterman since the stroke? I’m sure for his family and close friends and staff - and constituents who knew him - many of them ring true.

This is all going to have to be undone after he leaves. Pools (at a fraction the size) are immense work to keep clean. They have no shot here. It's going to go from a national memorial to a Vegas monstrosity.
No, I’m pretty sure the gold statue fountain featuring Trump spraying water out of both ears will recirculate and keep the water fresh.

When the tweet says Obama, what it really means is, the planning that took place for years by the NPS tro identify fixes and get funds congressionally authorized and then procured started during the Bush administration and finally came to pass when Obama was president.
Obama did not create a problem that needed to be solved
Obama didn't significantly alter anything historic or ionic in DC (no, changing a tennis court to a basketball court is not significant)
Obama didn't sole source to a friend
Obama didn't cause more damage, thus upping the costs to the taxpayer

1) most of that money went to building new retractable retaining walls to protect the White House from 500 year floods
2) If that money was spent on the reflecting pool just a decade ago, why does it need renovation now? Same question fir the Kennedy Center too.
I would also add, the stupid motorcade caused significant damage to the reflecting pool, which is part of why the costs have risen.
