Agreed. Not me either.

I do not think most men would pick them. Obese women like these clearly are attractive but it’s not universal.

No ma’am, there is a new category in between now and it’s called bod-eee. It combines the best of fat and thin…and it’s what they dream about, write songs about and it turns the most stubborn heads…I saw you in Wholefoods today Tom and you tried not to 👀. But just tell her to make a plate of collards, fried chicken and a couple spoonfuls of mac and cheese, that’s how she will obtain that “bumper” that you were looking at today. No plastic surgery needed.

Not UMC to wealthy men. Walk into an expensive country club and you won't see many overweight women. The majority are thin to very thin.


This is true in major cities but it's not about attraction. I bet a lot of those men would be very attracted to these women. But people in the "expensive country club" bracket tend to be very status conscious, and having a thin wife is a status thing. A lot of wealthy men cheat on their thin wives with women who are not thin.

And outside of major cities, there is often more diversity, especially at the UMC level. If you are in Nashville or Minneapolis or New Orleans or Dallas, you will encounter plenty of heavier women in the UMC bracket. Including at country clubs. Some are unhappy about their weight and looking to lose (and may now be taking GLPs). But some women carry weight well (like the women in the photos above) and have husbands who vastly prefer them at that size than smaller.

The idea that thinness=sexual attractiveness is very much a cultural construct and there are a lot of biological reasons that many men prefer much bigger women. And I say this as someone who is naturally thin, I'm not trying to justify my weight. It's just something I've observed in my life. Some men are attracted to my body type but a LOT are clearly not interested and want someone with a big butt and big boobs. Even the ones who, for social status reasons, may wind up marrying a thin woman.

It happened a lot sooner than 50 for me. I had to cut back on distance running because it started hurting my joints and made my face look gaunt. I get hyperdilute radiesse once a year to fill in my sunken cheeks, but it's expensive, and it wears off more quickly if you have a high metabolism. My neck still looks great, and behind looks good too since picking up Lagree, which is similar to pilates but better. But my face started to look old in my late twenties when I was running marathons.

Not defending it, but yes, plus a great personality and intelligence. I have a few friends who are size 0 thin, not conventionally attractive, but married to nice, very successful guys.

So white christian men aren't attracted to obese slobs? Have you ever met Asian men the whole culture is around thin women

It's not that hard to be attractive. Being attractive is mostly about your weight, clothes, makeup, and hair (all thing you can easily change). Sure it might be hard to be a 10, but it's reasonably easy to be attractive.

DP - OP is talking about getting a shot at dating. Most of these have to do with building or keeping relationships.
