I have no doubt things are tense and ruthless there, I've met many professionals I would not want to work with as their norms are shocking. Many men are also catty, to a scary degree.
Anonymous wrote:The lack of solidarity amongst white women has always baffled me. I read that most white women voted for Trump because they resent other white women who don't support traditional gender norms. Having a career or degree is offensive.
Given that white women are the largest voting bloc in America, we are all at the mercy of this crazy civil war.

I've definitely noticed that half the people who are in jobs that are in a people helping role are actually the least kind people. They are in those jobs because they don't have natural balance and empathy themselves but want to be seen as good and kind by others. They tend to be in those types of jobs that require the least amount of work. Small volunteer jobs, HR, therapist, etc.
I have a married male relative who went to a female therapist who openly propositioned him. She was one of those rah-rah Girl Power types.

My female bosses were excellent, supportive mentors who went to bat for me daily. My male bosses found “playful” was to denigrate me, ignore achievements, be unconcerned with my development. My female friends are all great, my male friends turns out all just wanted to f me.
Enough of this trope. Patriarchy is dying, let’s let the false and hateful narratives die with it.

What's up with the women-hating?
With all the pedophiles mostly being men and the Epstein Files in the news, it's really weird to have this thread right now.
Ghislaine Maxwell isn't a man.
And, she is the only one serving time.
Fancy that. 🤔
Well, I tend to think the pimps are worse than the johns so this seems right.

Stay away from such people. My mother is like this. I've always kept her at arms' length all my adult life.
But none of this is new or noteworthy, honestly.
