It is probably the best run club with little or no drama.

A few do actually

D3, I don't think there is any D1 from RL

That is likely but so what?

What it says is that their "development" is garbage. In this situation parents should shop to whatever club allows their kid to play on an A team.

This is the problem with Youth soccer. Everything coaches and clubs say isnt true if you watch their actions vs what they say.

Im on my second kid and we change clubs at the drop of a hat. I used to believe that club loyalty was reciprocal. Its not. Whats interesting is coach responses when you see past their smokescreen. Ive received the most unprofessional, poorly spelled, and worded emails I've ever received from coaches when we just jump ship. Which is ironic because coaches do it every year when they cut players.

Yes. There is little development because people change clubs at the drop of a hat. Those two go together.

The training environment in the RL does not consistently match the standards of the ECNL. For my child’s development, I prioritize the high-intensity training standards of the ECNL over simply getting game minutes in the Regional League

The question is why.

Not saying any league is better or that really makes sense but it seems to be the perception of some coaches.
GA team plus ID call ups and some exposure from GA. Definitely a Lilly pad less traveled
