Naw, was just curious about how their game went and watched the Veo. If you look at their league stats it's pretty evident they struggle to score but don't get scored on much.
Stop talking about your kid, nerd.
Even if it is the parent is wouldn't fault them, facts are facts lol
It's generally considered good form here not to single out individual kids. You/he has opened the door to discuss the kids on this team, good or bad. Don't be surprised if someone walks through that open door.
While I get your point it's not the talent level of the team that's the issue. It's the fact they haven't been taught to use and trust each other through working the ball around versus just thumping it up the field for 1-2 players to chase.

You all really need to worry about your own glass houses instead of throwing stones at other ones. Awful people here. Sorry but none of these Mid Atlantic South Clubs are going to do much better and there is nothing to say that they would do better.
Ok calm down, buddy. One of the local Mid Atlantic South clubs will be in champions club next season which means they get to be at the top GA events all year, all age groups. That matters a lot for the recruiting age players. SYC, NVA, and VRSC are all very much in the running to be that club.

VRSC got into Champions Cup because they finished higher than any other existing GA Clubs in the new Mid-Atlantic South division. New GA Clubs do not qualify. So, no loopholes and nothing VRSC did shady to get the qualification.
Second, only one team made the top bracket, which was automatic, the U13 VRSC team.
Third, every other GA team from our area is in the Consolation Bracket for every other age group. The consolation bracket are the bottom 4 teams from the Winter Champions Cup event and 4 teams that are at the top of standings currently from this season or last that are not already in Champions Cup. In other words, even the consolation brackets can have very good teams but you can also end up with some pretty bad teams left over…like the VRSC teams. The 08s for example lost all three games by a good margin.
Hope this clears things up.
The 09 team could have won at least two games which they were capable of winning in CA. The coaching decisions were terrible. Additionally, players show up unmotivated to games. Players favorited are not held accountable. Players show up late and are still given time to play. Some parents just get away with complaining their child didn’t play and then get played despite not earning it. It’s not rocket science how to play this game, yet some (or all) keep making the same mistake over and over.
The Mid Atlantic conference is very weak. Does coming in first get VRSC into champions league again next year. The 09’s won their conference or are very close to it. How exactly will this be done by club for next season? Who else is in the running? Does VRSC make it again as a club?

Enjoy last year’s luck while it lasts.

Typo: U17*
