so according to today's police budget, all crime is down except for a spike in car thefts. didn't know they were using RF tech to do it though. interesting.

Somebody stole a Camaro and Corvette in Rockville. They used a laptop to unlock and start the car up. If your car has a key fob and the car is parked, wrap the key fob up in tin foil so no one can steal your car. The tin foil will prevent anyone from using their laptop to pickup the relay signal of the fob.

I remember all the posts about “soft on crime liberal MoCo” and how liberal policy increases crime and yet here are the facts.


If you think its dropping, before you go to bed, leave your garage open, leave your windows open and the front door unlock. Unlock your shed. Leave the windows down in your car. Leave a few dollars on the dash. Then when you wake up the next morning see if anything is missing.
