The person who made the threat doesn’t go to Wootton. But ok.
They clearly have a conflict with someone at Wootton though.
So that makes the Wootton student body the problem and not the person making the threat the problem? Sure, that makes sense.
You need to stop pretending Wootton is a magical school with no issues. Especially when the sports teams are attacking team mates with brooms, football coach issues, and much more. They need a shake up.
They need a shake up? Let me get this straight-You think moving the entire student body to a different building is going to change student behavior? I’m not necessarily talking about Wootton but any school-changing a location doesn’t do anything. I’m not sure what you are suggesting with them needing a “shake up”?
You get a brand new safe building. You ae forgetting previous serious issues.
ok and how will this change student behavior? Do students have better behavior in nicer/newer buildings?
Yes. It’s called the broken window phenomenon.
This is so interesting considering some of the lowest performing schools in mcps are actually in the nicest/newest buildings.
Guess it depends on how u define lowest performing. PBHS hasn’t had a shooting and has had way less police calls and issues of violence than Wootton.

Truth.
Bostick needs to own that the worst incident in Wootton history occurred under his watch, whereas Nelson intercepted issues before they happened. I think Bostick helped trash the school's reputation by not standing up for Wootton when Jamando's wife was on TV (even though she had no kids here and also is not a MCPS official). The school now worries more about a student parking in the wrong stall than academics. If he's doing this great a job trashing the school now, I can't wait to see what happens when the stress of moving to Crown kicks in.
None of this happened under Nelson.
What did Jawando’s wife say about Wooton and when?

Your first handgun? How was prison?
I will let you know if i ever go
imagine thinking buying guns and drugs off the street is a flex.

You ever watch the movie Better Luck Tomorrow?
Pretty much reminded me of some kids I knew while growing up with and going to a nearby W school. Around the same timeframe as when you bought your gun.
It was around the time Best Buy first opened in the area and people would run the same scams. At Sears and CompUSA too.
Also at the W school I was at, there were a group of Asian kids who went into our school looking for one of the Asian students at the school with baseball bats. And that student had to run out to his car to get his gun to scare them off.
