As a healthy and fit and trim person, I don't eat lunch but have a banana around 11:30 and usually an apple with some cheese and crackers mid afternoon.
Most healthy, fit and trim people I know have a diet regime they follow. Diet regime sounds officious, but it's the pattern to the eating that matters. And that goes a long way to ensuring a good weight balance. And it becomes second nature so we don't see it as a regime.
