Is the 25-meter distance measured from where the car is parked or from where you are currently standing?

Are you meeting someone else there who has the car?

You’re an idiot

Am I the idiot, or is ChatGPT the idiot for not being able to parse this situation?

You're the idiot. We've already established that. You asked a stupid question and got a stupid answer.

Next time, don't ask such stupid questions. If you can manage that.

Did you think you had some sort of "gotcha?"

When did you stop beating your wife?

This is such an irrational response.

Gpt totally hallucinates with fund tickers, he gets them soooo wrong omg i cannot imagine someone just taking this info and buying funds. Total mess

I can’t either and it’s terrible with numbers generally.

ChatGPT is the dumbest employee you've ever hired. You can never trust them and assume everything is wrong.

That said you don't want ChatGPT to be smart. When that happens it's game over. That's like the scary terminator scenario.

For all the morons defending every other form of AI- I saw the stupidity of ChatGPT immediately and deleted as soon as it became popular. I've tried: Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity. Perplexity is my pick if forced to use one but they ALL get really simple questions wrong. I can go to Google and use common sense and search tools to find a reliable source to answer a question. I don't see the advantage of AI

And I've used the locked down version of CoPilot for work that keeps client information confidential. It is helpful to summarize meeting notes. But I still have to edit them and make corrections. It's like the world is collectively blind about AI 🙄

If you asked the low level slobs in the federal government... I guarantee many can't answer it.

AI is going to replace everybody that works at a computer keyboard first.

Anonymous wrote:I was asking for advice on a travel itinerary and it was so awfully wrong. First it got the actual days wrong. I said I was traveling March 1 to 6 for example and it made me an itinerary with the wrong days of the week. Like it said "this attraction is closed on Sundays so you should go on March 3" and March 3 was the Sunday. It got things like closing and opening times wrong. Stuff you can find on websites. It was confusing to me how THAT was the mistake, it should be normal computer stuff to know dates and numbers.

Yes and then if you call it on the mistake, it’s like “ah, good catch. You’re right to push me on this. Philadelphia IS in Pennsylvania.

You seem like the kind of person who might do well to outsource your brain.

I asked the same question about the mechanic, and it told me to walk. I then immediately asked the same question about car wash, and it said to drive because the only reason to go to a car wash is to get your car washed.

I asked for the name of an actor in a movie. Chat GPT got it completely wrong and made the most lame excuse when I called them out on it. Makes me worry that people put so much stock in this technology and could be steered wrong. It also gave me terrible directions to drive to New York ! Completely wrong advice.

Again, just calling you out for posting one dumb issue that will be completely different very soon.

I’m not sure what you think you’re proving here. I never claimed to have discovered something novel.

The other AIs have already picked up on the "trick" which also is telling.
