They shut down the space for 10 days then reversed that within hours. Yes, they need a better plan for a known issue.

Probably a major threat, and somebody irrational (DJT?) said: close the airspace for 10 days. This doesn't happen on my watch. And no one had the pull / guts to say no, this is stupid.
