Many of the colleges my daughter is looking at have way more girls than boys and this concerns her.

I sometimes wonder if this generation of girls will start dating each other. They are spending their late teens and early 20's completely celibate because of lack of any opportunity and yet they have sex drives, etc.

This! Elementary school are now designed for female students. Quiet, calm, obedient girls are rewarded, while high energy boys are sanctioned. (I know - I have one of each). It’s night and day. We need more male teachers in elementary ed, and more physical outlets throughout the day. Red shirting kindergarten boys, and more involved dads help as well.
You are delusional. Public elementary classrooms are more disruptive and wilder than ever. Misbehavior is rampant. Gone are the days of well-behaved kids sitting quietly at their desks while the teacher instructs from the front. This is no longer the expectation. And no one is “sanctioned” that’s for sure. The bad behavior just keeps on keeping on.

They will all just share a boyfriend, these loose “situationships” are already a thing.
So a friend group all f&*cks the same guy on a rotating schedule of days? Like sister-wives?
I'm not seeing this. I'm seeing girls just going through college celibate.
