53 and have 2 pills in my daily pill organizer. Concerta for ADD and a multivitamin.

Does stuff for toenail fungus count?

All the meds. Got the pillbox at 50. HBP, Cholesterol, biologic for inflammatory disease.

Prediabetic managed by diet but only a matter of time.

I dont eat junk food or drink soda or any of that, but all my family has a deep well of alcoholism and eating disorders and I do eat too much “healthy” food like nuts or chicken or whole grains.

All my relatives dead by 70, so I feel very mortal.

I want to invest in hard core exercise, but we have working parents with school age children, and Im wiped out every night by 1030pm.

Wait, you work from home. Go outside a few times a day! And take some vitamin D for Christ sake.

64 and been on GLP1 for 3 years, initially for weight loss, but has been helpful for inflammation and other things.

Just started a statin although did a calcium test that show 0 buildup. But I have had high cholesterol since I was young that isn’t responsive to diet.

So 2 meds, both of which are optional.

I do all that but still need blood pressure meds due to family genetics.

high blood pressure and cholesterol runs in my family, so at some point, I will also need to take chol meds.

So many of these lifestyle docs take kickbacks from companies whose products they promote. David Huberman is another non-practicing longevity doc.
