Or if he wants a sports car, then the Porsche Cayenne or a lot of guys like the Macan.

A Cayenne or Macan is no substitute for a sports car.

I’d think a retro old Bronco would be more fun than a sports car.

Women have their boobs lifted and enlarged, generally undertake more plastic surgeries than men. Wear makeup, wear hair extensions have more plastic surgery than men do but then complain that when a middle aged man purchases a sports car that it's a mid life crisis?

The car looks nice but I wouldn't purchase one. They sit too low to the ground and I like to see what's going around around me. SUV or trucks only for me.

The car is fine and no, it does not scream mid-life crisis. It's probably something that he's always wanted but couldn't get one due to having a family. Let the man enjoy himself instead of you making his life miserable.

Get the all wheel drive E-Ray hybrid Corvette and you can drive it year-round!

Have him take you for a test drive in one. You might be surprised in many ways.

Depends on who is sitting next to him: hot young thing or middle-aged spouse.

A Corvette is an excellent value for the money -- much better than a 911 in that respect, and also you may be stuck with a waitlist for some models of 911.

I like the look of the convertible, but that's just a preference thing. I was going to place an order when they were first announced, but changed my mind due to financial reasons.

He should have fun while he still can. Who cares what others think.

To make it more fun, arrange a factory pickup and tour -- they're made in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Corvette sales specialist in the DC area is Criswell in Gaithersburg. Their top salesman (Furman) is the #1 salesperson for Corvettes in the entire country.

Thanks Furman.

I don't care what you call it; I absolutely hate American cars. Over 100 years of car designing/building, American cars are still nothing but junks.

That’s exactly what this is. See also the lazy eyed FBI director ordering a fleet of BMW X5s because Chevy Tahoes weren’t swank enough for him

Is it immature to think this car is pretty hot and cool.
