That is protest. Protest was never intended to be cute signs on the side of the road everyone can easily ignore. Protest gets in the way and makes the status quo difficult to maintain.

I assure you that the protesters in Iran are not politely waiving signs around at parks wearing funny costumes. They are giving their government sponsored thugs as good and they give.

People in the US are only beginning to remember what real protest with real stakes looks like again.


No Iranian protesters are complaining with Iran’s version of ICE, DHS and the FBI. Trump would never support them otherwise. Trump has asked the US military to draw up plans if things get out of hand in Iran like what is happening in the US.


Hundreds possibly thousands have been killed. It's already out of hand, and Trump is doing nothing more than posturing. What is happening is Iran is the future that awaits us here.

Trump controls the money, the war powers, his own domestic army/police force, is no longer accountable to Congress, has been given immunity by the Supreme Court, and commits crimes on a daily basis with no consequences. Just because we have a dictator (who really is failing at even that) and a dead Congress doesn't mean we won't have elections, which are run by the states. Minnesota is fighting for all of us right now, so how about show them some respect by not obeying in advance. Your hyperbole is an insult to them.


What are you even on about? I responded to the minimizing you were trying to do denying that Trump is very much attempting to establish a dictatorship. They know he's a criminal, they know this regime has Nazis and white supremacists running the show, they know they're a bunch of grifters, they know he breaks the law constantly, they know people's rights are being violated, and they know our constitution has effectively been ripped to shreds.
