As I've gotten older and dryer, I've found that a body butter or cream or oil is better than lotion. I'm going to try some of these suggestions because I'm unimpressed with the body butters I've used so far. Creams are insufficient for me, and oils can be messy.

Me too! We moved to a colder climate and this is the only thing getting me through. It’s not greasy and absorbs but works.

Make sure that after a shower or a bath, that your skin gets only pat dried so it still has some moisture on it prior to applying lotion 🧴 or body creme.

The big tub of Cerave Intensive Moisturizing cream (it has the darker blue lid). It has shea butter and 5% Urea and it's fragrance free. And on the plus side it's also cheap.

I like Vanicream in the jar with the pump.
