Shooting tires is something done in TV shows. Real police rarely do this bc bullets bounce all over the place.

ICE personnel have very little training. For some, this is their first job.

She was driving towards them. That's why the bullet hole is in the front of the car. If she was driving away, it would be in the back.

They are all masked, there isn’t going to be any charges.
