The DHS officially endorsed remigration this year, and many conservatives I know say their dream is the abolish the 1965 immigration bill, bring back the Chinese Exclusion Act, and send anyone of non-European descent out of here. It’s their most important issue by far, and it hurts if you are not of European descent

I think it’s probably worth considering if you’re able to get out now, while you’re still allowed/encouraged to.
At some point next year, theres going to be a shift in the narrative - away from remigration and towards scapegoating and incarceration. After next year, immigrants will begin getting rounded up on a massive scale, unlike we’re seeing right now, and at that point, you will NOT be allowed to leave.
The writing is on the wall. We’ve seen this before - Germany 1938. You can escape now, or you can die in a camp in 2028, just like jews did in 1942 Germany and Poland.
So there's no blue wave for the mid terms?

This isn’t the work of an administration that supports legal immigration.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Yes OP it hurts to know so many people feel this year. I'm a POC and child of immigrants but was born here. To many people I will never be "American." It sucks but I try to focus on the positives if good things I have.
Ironically its made me much more attached to my hyphenated identity.
You should work on not giving a crap what other people think. Leaning into your "hyphenated identity" just means that you buy into a hyper racialized world. Even Jean Paul Satre, a full blown Marxist, had the sense to note that "hell is other people" meaning that hell is the one dimensional version of you that exists in the minds of others. Stop worrying about rural white supremacists in the backwoods of Oregon and start building the life you want, my friend.

I don’t see why we should encourage or allow mass immigration of people who undermine American employment or whose values do not align with American values.
