I'll just say that sometimes nickname plans don't work out. I have seen a lot of babies just end up going by their given name. Elizabeth is great. My advice in general, is to make sure you love the given name just as much as the planned nickname, and that you don't detest any of the (common) nickname variants.

Libby is lovely! It’s unique without being wildly crazy, and it’s also very classy/classic.
