I am not sure why, but kids don't care anymore. it seems like they are okay that they have to wear a pull-up at night.
My daughter was talking to her friend during a sleepover, and when she was told she shouldn’t drink too much before bedtime, she said, ‘I can drink whatever I want because I wear pull-ups, so I’ll just wake up in a wet one... They were both in middle school......We always try limited drinks, because even tho she wear pull-ups at night, it wasn't the point.

That’s not managing it. That’s just being a miserable person who’s too lazy to help with a solvable problem.
There are real underwear products for girls and bedwetting that look like normal underwear. . They have built in pads. I would use those and maybe use a thin incontinence pad for extra padding.

We didn’t and none of DSs friends did. If your kid can put it on and off on their own, go for it. I am guessing that you are well aware that another parent is not going to put it on your kid. I have seen some crazy stuff posted before so I am willing to go with being Captain Obvious on this…

How is OP supposed to “use those?” She is not the one wetting the bed.

I discreetly showed Larlo where the bathroom wastebasket was and said he could throw away anything he needed to in there, and I’d empty it right away.
Make sure to show Goodnight-wearing visitors *where* the bathroom trash bin is. Some kids just aren’t going to find it if it’s inside a cabinet or closet.
