If she’s showering and changing in the morning I guess it’s not terrible. I have a 13yo DD and this hasn’t come up. Does she take her bra off then put same shirt back on? Or sleep in her bra?
I’d probably make my kid change her sheets more often if she was sleeping in day wear.
