This might be one of the best use cases for AI in your particular field but it is going to actually require you to hire someone to put it together for you.

I can see smaller companies just not even bothering with big HR staff though, they can get it through contractors and AI within the next decade. But big companies are always going to want someone to walk in to the conference room and explain the hiring and firing imo.

I am a surgical nurse in the OR.
The robots we use now very much need human oversight now in order to intervene.
