I used an AI app that took pictures which created a 3D body image which it could then calculate measurements based off my given height and weight. The measurements it produced were very accurate. It said my body fat was 34%. Haven't tested elsewhere. Female, 40.

Im scratching my head wondering how this works. Would you mind sharing the source?

Sure: https://www.calculator.net/body-fat-calculator.html

I don't know how accurate it is but my adult son who is really into fitness eyeballed me and said roughly the same thing so I think it is at least in the ballpark.

This is interesting but it’s pretty off for me. My DEXA scans says 31% and this calculator says 20.4%. I’m skinny fat and have that calculators are inaccurate.

40% but that's down from 47% so progress.
