I read $30M to feds and $30M to farm research in exchange for releasing $1B in frozen research grants.
Too bad the universities didn't band together to fight this administration. Harvard hasn't made an agreement and the courts are ruling in their favor.

The money wasn't a gift to keep elite colleges afloat so I wonder what you even mean by this.

A reasonable response. Have the kid transfer their ED loyalties elsewhere. They can convert the app to RD.
If this is the purity test, your kid will probably be happier at Cornell anyway. It's a more liberal school.
