"UVA's president shall certify under penalty of perjury each quarterly report as to the report's accuracy and UVA's full compliance with all the provisions in this Agreement."

How good are UVA's lawyers? Interim president probably signed the compact because he won't be on the hook for compliance.

There is no single “VP” at UVa. There’s a Provost, a COO, and a bunch of VPs of different areas.

So this claim seems very credible.

This “paused” the bogus investigations. Until the reports UVA sends have any infraction. The federal covers should not be dictating how UVA operates. Subscribe to wahoos4uva newsletter to get the full story. It’s not good and very much overreach.

Wait...is it possible that an accusation from the trump administration might not be on the up and up? That they would cynically accuse a school of breaking the law just to gain leverage over them? Inconceivable!

PP. poster here. To be clear, meant to write the number of Asians and women will increase. To be clear, I have no personal issue with that. If they think getting rid of race and gender in admissions will increase opportunities for white men I think they will be disappointed.
