Makes sense to keep your New Haven anchor store to give legitimacy to the brand, even if sales are being driven in Asia.
J. Press is probably laughing all the way to the bank about their letter jackets.
J press margins are a bit too high but I’m a sucker for the brand in general
It has been Japanese owned for 40 years but I don’t think press is popular pan Asia. Just Japan really and then the us.
I doubt they sell much to China/korea rest of Asia

LOL yep!
tell me you haven't been on the Yale campus without telling me you haven't been on the Yale campus
LOL Tell me you haven't been on U of Mississippi's or U of Alabama's campus...
FWIW look at home states of most Miss Americas ...not New England!![]()
More students at U of Mississippi or U of Alabama also work as strippers.
Cuz nobody wants to look at a plain Jane New England stripper!![]()

He also is not a fan of the “bro look”— baseball cap, vest over collared shirt and colored shorts (predominant in southern Greek life, UVA, etc).
My kids prefer a more urban look, or athletic wear.

Southern schools have sid mashburn
A brand that better reflects southern sensibilities in provenance
J press is a bit too old for those schools
Jamal Mashburn went to Kentucky which I guess is southern. Didn't know he had family in the garment business. I think he was from NYC so makes sense.
