SYSCO has taken over the restaurnant supply chain. Is why all restaurants that use them taste the same now. Bug slop.

These things are a part of the standard American diet and I wondered is everyone else feeling like crap? Or am I particularly sensitive to these foods?
Another bash Americans post.
Oh, come on. The standard American diet deserves bashing. Look around at your fellow Americans. We are not a healthy country.
Anonymous wrote:Yes, but only recently. I'm closing in on 50, and in the last year or two the super greasy/salty/sugary foods that make up the very broad category of "junk food" have started making me feel ill. The first culprit I noticed was takeout Chinese. Used to LOVE a General Tso's chicken on a cold weeknight. Alas.
I've always cooked most of our food from scratch, and none of this "semi homemade" stuff either. But I was never snotty about the occasional convenience meal or junky treat. I'd happily destroy a bag of cheetos. I miss that.

I very rarely eat fast food. I don't think I've gone to McDonald's in a few years. I think when you start consistently eating better, your body frowns on anything falling too far outside of your new norm.
Another factor that plays into my diet is my obsession with cleanliness. I assume a lot of people don't wash their hands, and they don't cover their mouths and hair. I worry about unclean habits/germs, but I trust myself the most to ensure my food is prepared properly.

Let’s just cut to the chase & blame Trump.
