The Palestinians need to accept that Israel exists and will continue to exist and must move on to form their own nation that lives peacefully next door to Israel. They need to stop aspiring to overthrow Israel so that everyone in the region can live in peace. The idea of "resistance" must be banished to the trash bin of history. Those who support Palestinians must reject the "resistance" and instead encourage the Palestinians build a nation that lives peacefully with all of its neighbors. If you are pro-Palestinian, then really show that you are by helping them form their own peaceful nation instead of focusing on annihilating Israelis.
At the same time, Israel must stop any violent settlors who terrorize Palestinians in Judea and Samaria. This is unacceptable. The settlors must accept that the Palestinians are entitled to live there and at some point will have their own nation.

As a Jewish Democrat, I am not remotely worried about Trump betraying Israel (and I obviously don't believe in the Antichrist) — Israel needed to have ended this war a very long time ago and shouldn't have been conducting it the way it was. I'm thrilled the remaining hostages will come home and that Gaza's civilians won't have to endure more horrific bombing. I don't really see what Trump could even do to betray Israel here, anyway?
I think they mean "betray Netanyahu". A lot of people think Netanyahu = Israel, which it of course does not. I believe I read most Israelis don't like him.

Um... this unhinged question was not asked by a "mags". It was some dope crowdsourcing his fellow liberal Democrats.![]()

so you feel the need to crowdsource your opinion on this issue because you think it may be a win for Trump?
You have major issues.
If he succeeds, won’t a success solidify position and possibly add to MAGA?

Bibi's approval rating in Israel is below 40 percent. And Israel is required to have elections this year. Netanyahu and the more sinister ministers will be gone soon enough. I think there's a good chance that peace holds. Israelis will vote for change. It's very unfortunate that Palestinians never embraced democracy after they brought Hamas to power. So whether peace has a chance will depend on the Islamic extremists that run Gaza and their allies in Iran.
